Imagination’s big night at the 2016 Association Media & Publishing EXCEL Gala included two Gold Award wins for work on behalf of its nonprofit association clients be.group (video) and The Association for Convenience & Fuel Retailing (print design).
be.group also clinched two more awards—one for its website and one for be.magazine, a publication intended to upend stereotypes and misconceptions about life beyond “a certain age” and celebrate the realities.
Work for the Project Management Institute and the National Federation of Independent Business was also awarded with silver and bronze, respectively.
For 50 years, Association Media & Publishing has served the professionals and publications that educate, inform and engage members of trade and membership associations. The EXCEL Awards is the largest and most prestigious award program that exclusively recognizes excellence and leadership in nonprofit association media, publishing, marketing and communications.
“Associations represent the best in thought leadership and creativity across every sector of America,” said James Meyers, founder, president and CEO of Imagination. “We’re proud to work with associations for 21 years and counting.”
