Kris oversees all digital design across the agency, including user interface design, social media and email marketing. He is responsible for creating and developing sitemaps, journey maps, personas, website design systems, and hosting information architecture workshops. He works closely with different client and internal teams to ensure client goals and user needs are met. He has six years of experience and a background in visual design and user experience. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and user experience certification from the Nielsen Norman Group.
